Who we are

SEMI360 AI Technologies Pvt Ltd. (“Semi360”, “we”), Embassy TechVillage, Block L, Devarabisanahalli, Bellandur, Bangalore – 560103, Karnataka, India. We operate semi360.ai and the Semi360 product suite. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@semi360.ai.

What we collect

From this website: if you book a demo or contact us, the details you give us — your name, work email, company type and your message. Nothing else: no advertising trackers, no sale of visitor data.

From the products, once your organisation is a customer: account details (name, work email, role), the working data your organisation puts in (bills of materials, projects, files, vendors, orders), and usage records of what was run, by whom and when — the same audit trail your administrators see.

How we use it

• To respond when you ask us to — a demo, a question, support.
• To run the products your organisation has licensed.
• To meter usage against your plan and keep the audit trail your organisation relies on.
• To secure the service and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your organisation’s working data to train models for anyone else.

Where your data lives

Each customer organisation’s data is kept in its own database, encrypted at rest and in transit, with its own encryption key. Our default data region is India; enterprise deployments can run in the customer’s own cloud or on their premises, where the customer may hold the key themselves.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to run Semi360 — cloud hosting and email delivery — under agreements that limit them to working for us. Authorities, only where the law requires it. Nobody else.

Cookies

This website uses only what it needs to function. The products use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights, and getting your data out

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at privacy@semi360.ai. We answer within 30 days. Customer organisations can export everything they have put in — and have it deleted when they leave, backups included — as part of the service itself.

Retention

Demo and contact details: kept while we are in conversation, then removed on request. Customer data: kept while your organisation is a customer and deleted on offboarding. Audit and billing records: kept as the law requires.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes are notified to customer administrators.
